About this Project

Supply and Installation of 2 skids includes MIMO: HPO2 2″ Pressure control & flowmeter Manifold – U501HPN2  Flowmeter Manifold – U732

The Work was included:

• Supply of all tubing materials (tubes, fittings, flanges, gaskets, bolts & nuts) as required for the Ultra High Purity Oxygen (UHP) tubing section.
• Supply, fabrication and installation of the tubing (Approx. 200 meter – 3″- 1/4″ High Purity tubing).
• Design, supply, fabrication and installation of piping support as per AP standards.
• Receipt, safe storage, preservation, handling and transport of free-issue materials – (Approx. 100 Ea).
• Tubing cleanout in accordance with AP procedures.
• Non-destructive testing (radiography, dye penetrant testing, positive material identification) in accordance with AP procedures.
• Pressure testing in accordance with AP procedures.
• Analytical tests include reports.
• Tagging Valves.
