Lesico Process Piping Europe are seeking a smart, ambitious and digitally fluent Data Analyst who will work directly with Lesico Process Piping Project Director at our project at IMEC (Europe’s leading R&D center for nanoelectronics) on a high-profile, fast-moving project. 

Your Main Responsibilities 

• Assist the Project Director with data collection, planning & scheduling, and reporting 
• Build and maintain clear, structured datasets (Excel, Power BI, etc.) 
• Help develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making 
• Implement and test new tools and automations using modern software and AI 
• Track project progress, issues, and deliverables in collaboration with the PD 
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and updates based on live project data 
• Bring proactive ideas to improve speed, visibility, and clarity of project operations 

What We’re Looking For 

• University degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or similar 
• Excellent Excel and data handling skills (Power BI or Python is a plus) 
• Curious and proactive in learning new AI tools and digital workflows 
• Experience with tools like Power Automate, ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable or similar 
• Structured, analytical mindset – but also hands-on and pragmatic 
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and at least 1 other language, French, German, … 
• Able to work closely and respectfully with senior staff 
• You enjoy all digital and structured things

• Knowledge of project management or construction/engineering environments 
• Some knowledge of P&ID, planning, or project reporting 
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. Python, VBA, Power Query) 
• Other European languages
