Lesico Process Piping Europe is looking for a highly organized, multilingual specialist to take ownership of public and private tendering across Europe in the process piping and infrastructure sectors.
If you combine technical insight, bid management experience, and a sharp eye for detail — this is your role.
Your Mission
- Identify and manage relevant tender opportunities across the EU
- Analyze tender specifications and ensure full compliance
- Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Work closely with engineering, business development, legal, and finance teams
- Provide technical support in collaboration with Project Directors
- Track tender results and build a strategic opportunity pipeline
- Maintain vendor registrations and represent Lesico on procurement portals
What You Bring
- Background in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering (piping preferred)
- Solid experience with EU tendering and bidding procedures
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written); French and/or Spanish a plus
- Strong document control, compliance, and pricing coordination skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and e-procurement platforms
- A proactive, structured, and self-managed working style
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- EU work permit highly preferred
