Are you a driven and strategic sales leader with a track record in EPC, infrastructure, or mechanical projects across the DACH region? We’re looking for a Sales Director who’s ready to take ownership of regional growth and drive expansion.
Your Role:
Market Builder & Leader
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a DACH-focused sales strategy aligned with company targets
- Growing and managing customer relationships — both existing and new
- Identifying and activating key distribution channels across DACH
- Representing the company at major fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
- Feeding market trends and customer feedback into product development strategy
- Driving internal optimization and digitalization of the sales organization
- Collaborating closely with project and general management to align execution with strategy
Your Profile:
Strategic Sales Executive
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A technical degree (BS/MS) in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in EPC or industrial projects
- A deep understanding of the piping and mechanical industry in DACH
- A proven ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles
- Strong leadership in cross-regional teams
- Charisma, professionalism, and top-tier negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution drive
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Network and relationship with existing infrastructure players
- Fluency in German and English; French or Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within DACH region
