Lesico Process Piping is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to support the growth of Lesico Process Piping within the semiconductor and data center markets in the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will develop relationships with EPC contractors, semiconductor manufacturers, facility owners, and strategic partners, helping position Lesico as a trusted partner for industrial process piping and high-tech infrastructure projects.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies in BENELUX
- Identify and pursue opportunities in; Semiconductor manufacturing, Cleanroom infrastructure, Data Centers, High-tech industrial projects
- Build relationships with; EPC contractors, Procurement managers, Facility and project directors, Semiconductor ecosystem stakeholders
- Support tendering and commercial activities
- Monitor market developments, investments, and upcoming projects
- Represent Lesico at industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities
- Coordinate closely with management and project teams
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DACH; Business development, Sales, Industrial projects, EPC / construction / technical services
- Strong network within; Semiconductor industry, Industrial infrastructure sector
- Experience in EPC semiconductor/datacenters Industry is a major advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Willingness to travel within BENELUX and Europe
