Electrical works involved extensive cable installation and routing, including power distribution systems, tunnels, and cable management infrastructure.
Additional works included architectural modifications, internal partitions, and structural steel supports for critical systems such as generator exhaust stacks.
All works were performed within a live (brownfield) environment, requiring precise coordination to ensure no disruption to ongoing operations. At peak, a multidisciplinary workforce of approximately 200 personnel was deployed on site.
Full commissioning was carried out to validate system performance across power and cooling infrastructure.
This included load testing of UPS and backup systems using heat simulation methods to replicate real operating conditions, followed by verification of cooling performance through chilled water and air systems.
Temperature control and heat dissipation were monitored to ensure compliance with operational standards, confirming readiness for full-scale data centre operations.
